Order Processing
We want your order to reach you as quickly as possible, and process orders Monday-Saturday (excluding public holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order is on the way to you.
Shipping Rates & Timeframes
We currently ship Australia wide, and dispatch orders via Australia Post using a tracked shipping method. Once dispatched, the following shipping timeframes apply:

Please note that these timeframes are an estimate only, and delays (while rare), can happen during transit. Unfortunately shipping delays are outside of our control, however if your order has taken longer than the estimated timeframe please get in contact with us for assistance.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Tabby Trays, and we understand that there may be times when you will need to return a product that you have purchased from us. We aim to make this process as easy and hassle-free as possible and our returns policy has been constructed to comply with the relevant consumer rights and retailer obligations as set out under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Tabby Trays Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 14 days of your order date. The item must be in its original condition and packaging, and proof of purchase is required for all returns.
You are entitled to a refund, replacement or credit from Tabby Trays when an item purchased fails to meet one of the consumer guarantees as per the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), i.e. the product:
- Is faulty or of unacceptable quality
- Does not match the description or sample
- Is unfit for the intended purpose (i.e. does not do what it is meant to do)
- Is not delivered in a reasonable time frame
How to return a product?
Please follow these steps to initiate a return:
1. Contact us via our contact us page and fill out the form, or send us an email at hello@tabbytrays.com
2. Prepare the item(s) you wish to return (i.e. in its original packaging and condition)
3. Print your return label (received via email) and drop off at your local post office.
4. Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. We will notify you of the outcome via email.

Change of mind returns will incur a flat $20 fee to cover return shipping (this will be deducted from your refund). If the return is due to our error (i.e. damaged or incorrect), then we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be eligible for a refund.
